Blum&Grob Attorneys at Law Ltd advises WieInvest AG in connection with the acquisition of a real estate portfolio and the setting up of a Joint Venture

The General Corporate / M&A Team of Blum&Grob Attorneys at Law Ltd led by Gian Marchet Kasper advised WieInvest AG in a transaction to acquire a real estate portfolio from Andermatt Swiss Alps AG and Bellevue Hotel Apartment Development AG through a newly established joint venture company. WieInvest AG is the majority shareholder of the new joint venture company. The portfolio includes several properties of the holiday village Andermatt Reuss in Andermatt (Switzerland).
