Blum&Grob advises Canexis Pharma in financing round

Die Canexis Pharma AG hat erfolgreich eine CHF 1.4 Mio. Serie A1 Finanzierungsrunde mit privaten Investoren abgeschlossen. Diese Serie A1 Finanzierungsrunde ist der erste Teil einer Serie A Finanzierungsrunde in der Höhe von insgesamt CHF 3.3 Mio. Canexis Pharma spezialisiert sich auf die Produktion von Cannabinoiden. Dazu wird landwirtschaftlich gewonnene Biomasse aus Hanfpflanzen durch chemische Prozesse weiterverarbeitet und veredelt – d.h. in die isolierte Form der einzelnen Cannabinoide, hauptsächlich CBD, BSO oder Terpenen weiterverarbeitet. Canexis Pharma AG has successfully completed a CHF 1.4 million Series A1 financing round with private investors. This Series A1 financing round constitutes the first part of a Series A financing round in the aggregate amount of CHF 3.3 million. Canexis Pharma specializes in the production of cannabinoids. For this purpose, agricultural biomass from hemp plants is processed and refined by chemical processes – i.e. further processed into the isolated form of the individual cannabinoids, mainly CBD, BSO or terpenes.
