Revision of the Swiss Collective Investment Schemes Act

On September 28, 2012 Swiss Parliament passed the revision of the Swiss Collective Investment Schemes Act. For Swiss standards, this is a relatively swift conclusion of a law-making process which started with the initiation of the consultation procedure in summer 2011. The new law is expected to enter into force in January 2013.
