FinSA & FinIA come into force on 1 January 2020

On 6 November, the Federal Council decided to bring the Financial Services Act (FinSA) and the Financial Institutions Act (FinIA) into force on 1 January 2020 and adopted the respective implementing ordinances (https://www.admin.ch/gov/de/start/dokumentation/medienmitteilungen.msg-id-76957.html).
