Blum&Grob advises the Wyss Zurich project LifeMatrix in establishing its spin-off entity

The multidisciplinary LifeMatrix team of Wyss Zurich is developing a unique innovative tissue engineering technology to grow replacement tissue in the laboratory, which will be compatible with every patient, regenerate and grow with the recipient. This technology is particularly promising for the treatment of children born with a heart defect. Blum&Grob is advising the LifeMatrix team in legal matters and has particularly contributed to the incorporation of the spin-off entity LIFEMATRIX TECHNOLOGIES Ltd with registered offices in Zurich.
