Blum&Grob advises Giesecke+Devrient in financing round of Metaco SA

Blum&Grob hat den deutschen Sicherheitstechnologiekonzern Giesecke+Devrient als Lead Investor im Rahmen ihrer Investition in das Lausanner FinTech Startup METACO SA als Teil einer Serie-A-Finanzierungsrunde von über CHF 17 Millionen beraten. METACO ist ein Anbieter von sicherheitskritischer Infrastruktur zur Verwaltung digitaler Vermögenswerte für Finanzinstitute. Weiter haben sich sowohl bestehende Investoren als auch neue strategische Partner an dieser Finanzierungsrunde beteiligt.

Blum&Grob advises the German security technology company Giesecke+Devrient as lead investor in the context of their investment in the Lausanne-based FinTech start-up company METACO SA as part of a series-a-financing round of more than CHF 17 million. METACO is a provider of security critical infrastructure for the management of digital assets for financial institutions. Existing investors and new strategic partners contributed to this oversubscribed financing round.
