Blum&Grob advises shareholders in Gymhopper AG in trade sale

Gymhopper AG has been acquired by myclubs GmbH. Gymhopper AG is a Zurich-based startup company providing a platform which allows gym members to work out in various partner gyms at various locations. Myclubs GmbH is an Austrian company operating in the same field. Together, Gymhopper and myclubs are connecting 900 gyms in Europe which can be accessed by one single subscription.
